13th Annual Youth Rally Rocks Ellis Square

The Time Machine Portrait Co. celebrates the 13th Annual Youth Rally held by the Chatham County Youth Commission and E – 93! The theme for the event this year was “Love Shouldn’t Hurt.”

The Time Machine Portrait Co. was there to join in on the fun and give back to the community. In honor of the rally, the portrait studio held a raffle that anyone could enter for the chance to win a free photo shoot.

The raffle began at 1 pm and coincided with the event to last until 5 pm.

Time Machine representative, Devon Smith, manned the table as many attendees stopped by to fill out a ballot.

The crowd was definitely having fun–kids were splashing in the fountain, while the other attendees stayed near the stage dancing to the funky beats put on by local talents, musicians, and even national artist DJ Unk.

The rally focused on empowering youth—showing them that there’s something to do, something to hear, and something to learn from their community.

As the clock ticked closer to 5 pm, those that entered the raffle gathered up around the stage for the pulling of the winner.

Time Machine Portrait Co. employee, Brendan Townend, was chosen to read of the winning name. On stage, Townend entertained the crowd with his smooth dance moves.

Four ballots were pulled before the chosen winner came to claim their prize. She will receive a free photo shoot from The Time Machine Portrait Co.

Business Booming in Ellis Square

Here is a segment from a recent news piece on downtown business in Ellis Square. Chrissy and Anthony were interviewed about the sudden growth in business since the grand opening of Ellis Square.

The video could not be found. How terribly odd…

St. Patrick’s Day at The Time Machine

Party time! Excellent!
The Time Machine is located right by City Market, so we had front row seats for this year’s St. Patty’s Day festivities.

Civil War Soldiers & Southern Belle

Cheers!

We even used our green screen in its natural state to snap some party portraits!

It’s like, how much more green could this be? And the answer is none. None more green.
